Description

This security bulletin contains information about 6 secuirty vulnerabilities.

1) Cleartext transmission of sensitive information (CVE-ID: CVE-2022-40693)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to software uses insecure communication channel to transmit sensitive information within the web application functionality. A remote attacker with ability to intercept network traffic can gain access to sensitive data.

2) Insufficient Resource Pool (CVE-ID: CVE-2022-40224)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient resource pool in the web server functionality. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted HTTP message header and cause a denial of service condition on the target system.

3) Stored cross-site scripting (CVE-ID: CVE-2022-41311)

The disclosed vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient sanitization of user-supplied data in the web application functionality. A remote attacker can inject and execute arbitrary HTML and script code in user's browser in context of vulnerable website.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow a remote attacker to steal potentially sensitive information, change appearance of the web page, perform phishing and drive-by-download attacks.

4) Stored cross-site scripting (CVE-ID: CVE-2022-41312)

The disclosed vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient sanitization of user-supplied data in the web application functionality. A remote attacker can inject and execute arbitrary HTML and script code in user's browser in context of vulnerable website.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow a remote attacker to steal potentially sensitive information, change appearance of the web page, perform phishing and drive-by-download attacks.

5) Stored cross-site scripting (CVE-ID: CVE-2022-41313)

The disclosed vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient sanitization of user-supplied data in the web application functionality. A remote attacker can inject and execute arbitrary HTML and script code in user's browser in context of vulnerable website.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow a remote attacker to steal potentially sensitive information, change appearance of the web page, perform phishing and drive-by-download attacks.

6) Information disclosure (CVE-ID: CVE-2022-40691)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to potentially sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to excessive data output by the application in the web application functionality. A remote attacker can gain unauthorized access to sensitive information on the system.
