Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to bypass authentication process.

The vulnerability exists due to an error in the password reset form "/pwd_reset/pwd_reset_passwordReset.html" and POST requests to "/pwd_reset/reset_pwd.cgi". A remote attacker on the local network can bypass authentication process and reset the admin password.

Mitigation

Install updates from vendor's website.
