1) Race condition (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-24861)

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to a race condition within the win32kfull driver in Windows Graphics Component. A local user can exploit the race and gain unauthorized access to sensitive information and escalate privileges on the system.


2) Permissions, Privileges, and Access Controls (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-24910)

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to application does not properly impose security restrictions in Windows Graphics Component, which leads to security restrictions bypass and privilege escalation.
