Description

This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.

1) Deserialization of Untrusted Data (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-26359)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to insecure input validation when processing serialized data. A remote attacker can pass specially crafted data to the application and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.

Note, the vulnerability is being actively exploited in the wild.

2) Improper access control (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-26360)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain unauthorized access to otherwise restricted functionality.

The vulnerability exists due to improper access restrictions. A remote attacker can bypass implemented security restrictions and gain unauthorized access to the application.

Note, the vulnerability is being actively exploited in the wild.

3) Path traversal (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-26361)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to perform directory traversal attacks.

The vulnerability exists due to input validation error when processing directory traversal sequences within the copydirectory endpoint. A remote user can send a specially crafted HTTP request and read arbitrary files on the system.
