Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exist due to the regulator_get() function in drivers/scsi/ufs/ufs-mediatek.c misinterprets the return value. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

Mitigation

Install updates from vendor's website.
