Description

This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.


1) Improper Authentication (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-26829)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to bypass authentication process.

The vulnerability exists due to an error in the Password Reset component. A remote non-authenticated attacker can set a new password for any valid user account and compromise the affected application.


2) Arbitrary file upload (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-26830)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to compromise vulnerable system.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of file during file upload in the administrative portal branding component. A remote authenticated user can upload a malicious file and execute it on the server.
