1) Improper restriction of excessive authentication attempts (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-29005)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform brute-force attack.
The vulnerability exists due to missing rate limitation on excessive authentication attempts when using AUTH DB. A remote attacker can perform a brute-force attack and gain unauthorized access to the application.
