The vulnerability allows a remote user to gain access to otherwise restricted functionality.

The vulnerability exists due to authorization bypass through user-controlled key (aka IDOR) in purchase request attachments. A remote user can gain unauthorized access to otherwise restricted functionality.


2) Permissions, Privileges, and Access Controls (CVE-ID: N/A)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to bypass implemented security restrictions.

The vulnerability exists due to application does not properly impose security restrictions. A logged-in administrator can create solutions for non associated accounts.
