1) Download of code without integrity check (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-22635)
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges in the system.
The vulnerability exists due to software does not perform software integrity check when downloading updates. A local user can modify the installer upon update and execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges.
