The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to bypass authentication process.
The vulnerability exists due to incorrect implementation of authentication algorithm within the SOAP API interface in the HNAP function. A remote attacker on the local network can bypass authentication process and gain unauthorized access to the application.
6) Command Injection (CVE-ID: N/A)
The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary commands on the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation within the SOAP API interface in the SetSysEmailSettings and EmailTo parameters. A remote administrator on the local network can pass specially crafted data to the application and execute arbitrary commands on the target system.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
7) Command Injection (CVE-ID: N/A)
The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary commands on the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation within the SOAP API interface in the GetDeviceSettings and Target parameters. A remote administrator on the local network can pass specially crafted data to the application and execute arbitrary commands on the target system.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
8) Command Injection (CVE-ID: N/A)
The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary commands on the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation within the SOAP API interface in the SetNTPServerSettings parameter. A remote administrator on the local network can pass specially crafted data to the application and execute arbitrary commands on the target system.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
9) Command Injection (CVE-ID: N/A)
The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary commands on the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation within the SOAP API interface in the SetTriggerPPPoEValidate and Username parameters. A remote administrator on the local network can pass specially crafted data to the application and execute arbitrary commands on the target system.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
