DescriptionThe vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (Dos) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to usage of uninitialized resources in a Multicast only Fast Reroute (MoFRR) scenario within the routing protocol daemon (rpd). A local user can trigger an uninitialized usage of resources by executing a specific low privileged CLI command and crash the rpd daemon.
