Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error  within the SMB protocol decoder. A remote attacker can send specially crafted over the network, trigger an out-of-bounds write and crash the application.

Install updates from vendor's repository.
