This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.


1) Improper Privilege Management (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-5402)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to improper privilege management. A remote attacker can execute arbitrary code on the system.


2) Path traversal (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-5399)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform directory traversal attacks.

The vulnerability exists due to input validation error when processing directory traversal sequences. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted HTTP request and cause tampering of files on the personal computer running C-Bus when using the File Command.
