DescriptionThe vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to integer overflow if the count after the :s command is larger than what fits into a (signed) long variable. A remote attacker can trick the victim to open a specially crafted file, trigger an integer overflow and crash the application. MitigationInstall updates from vendor's website.
