DescriptionThe vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform spoofing attack.
The vulnerability exists due to incorrect processing of user-supplied data in Windows DPAPI (Data Protection Application Programming Interface). A remote attacker can perform a man-in-the-middle (MiTM) attack against the traffic passing between a domain controller and the target machine.
