1) Improper Initialization (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-36490)

The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to improper initialization. A local user can run a specially crafted application and cause a denial of service condition on the target system.

2) Race condition (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-41090)

CWE-ID: CWE-362 - Concurrent Execution using Shared Resource with Improper Synchronization ('Race Condition')

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to a race condition. A local administrator can exploit the race and escalate privileges on the system.
