1) Improper access control (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-20283)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain unauthorized access to otherwise restricted functionality.

The vulnerability exists due to improper access restrictions on a specific API endpoint. A remote user can access metrics and information about devices in the Nexus Dashboard cluster.

2) Improper Privilege Management (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-20282)

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient protections for a sensitive access token. A local administrator can escalate privileges.
