Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to untrusted pointer dereference in Microsoft Virtual Machine Bus (VMBus). A remote usercan send a specially crafted request and cause a denial of service condition on the target system.

Mitigation

Install updates from vendor's website.
