Description

1) Buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-26889)
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to memory corruption within the hci_get_dev_info() function in net/bluetooth/hci_core.c. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
Remediation
Install update from vendor's website.
