Description
This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Path traversal (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-33620)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform directory traversal attacks.
The vulnerability exists due to input validation error when processing directory traversal sequences. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted HTTP request and read arbitrary files on the system.
2) Missing Authentication for Critical Function (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-33622)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to bypass authentication process.
The vulnerability exists due to missing authentication for critical function. A remote user can obtaion sensitive information and alter the information stored in the database.
3) Observable Response Discrepancy (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-34024)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to potentially sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to the observable response discrepancy issue. A remote attacker can determine if a username is valid or not.
