1) Resource management error (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-52624)
The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to resource management error within the convert_psr_state() and dmub_psr_force_static() functions in drivers/gpu/drm/amd/display/dc/dce/dmub_psr.c, within the dc_dmub_srv_optimized_init_done(), dc_dmub_check_min_version() and dc_wake_and_execute_dmub_cmd_list() functions in drivers/gpu/drm/amd/display/dc/dc_dmub_srv.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
