Description
This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Resource exhaustion (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-26308)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to application does not properly control consumption of memory when unpacking a broken Pack200 file. A remote attacker can trigger resource exhaustion and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
2) Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-5072)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to allocation of resources without limits or throttling. A remote attacker can pass specially crafted input to the application and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
3) Exposed dangerous method or function (CVE-ID: CVE-2022-45378)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the affected system.
The vulnerability exists due to missing authentication when accessing the RPCRouterServlet servlet. A remote attacker can invoke certain methods on the classpath and execute arbitrary code on the system.
