1) Use-after-free (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-44991)
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free error within the EXPORT_SYMBOL() and tcp_sk_exit_batch() functions in net/ipv4/tcp_ipv4.c. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
