Description
This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Improper input validation (CVE-ID: CVE-2020-14340)
The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation within the UDR (XNIO) component in Oracle Communications Cloud Native Core Unified Data Repository. A remote non-authenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
2) Resource exhaustion (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-5685)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to application does not properly control consumption of internal resources in NotifierState, when the chain of notifier states becomes problematically large. A remote attacker can trigger resource exhaustion and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
3) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2020-35510)
The vulnerability allows a remote user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input when processing EJB client requests. A remote user can send specially crafted EJB message to the server and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
