The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary shell commands on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation in csfd daemon. A remote authenticated user can pass specially crafted data to the application and execute arbitrary OS commands on the target system.

The vulnerability exist due to incorrect handling of removed accounts. A remote administrative user who was deleted through FortiManager can still be able to login to the FortiGate via valid credentials.
