The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute malicious scripts.
The vulnerability exists due to cross-site scripting in the display parameter on the device edit page when handling user-supplied display name input. A remote user can submit a crafted display name value to execute malicious scripts.
User interaction is required when a user views or interacts with the page displaying the stored data.
