Description

This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.


1) Deserialization of untrusted data (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-20124)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to insecure input validation when processing serialized data. A remote user with read-only administrative credentials can send a specially crafted HTTP request to the affected API endpoint and execute arbitrary code on the target system with root privileges.



2) Improper authorization (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-20125)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to incorrect authorization in certain API endpoint. A remote user with read-only administrative privileges can send a specially crated HTTP request and obtain sensitive information, change node configurations, and restart the node.
