The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to resource management error within the wl1251_tx_packet_cb() and wl1251_tx_complete() functions in drivers/net/wireless/ti/wl1251/tx.c, within the wl1251_set_partition() function in drivers/net/wireless/ti/wl1251/io.c, within the wl1251_event_wait(), wl1251_event_mbox_config() and wl1251_event_handle() functions in drivers/net/wireless/ti/wl1251/event.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
