The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain unauthorized access to otherwise restricted functionality.
The vulnerability exists due to improper access restrictions in Visual Studio. A remote user can bypass implemented security restrictions and gain elevated privileges on the system.
2) Insecure DLL loading (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-29802)
