1) Inclusion of Functionality from Untrusted Control Sphere (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-52976)
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to inclusion of functionality from an untrusted control sphere in Elastic Agent subprocess. A local user can execute arbitrary code via parameter injection.
