Description
This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Command Injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-48201)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation when creating a backup. A remote user can pass specially crafted data to the application and execute arbitrary commands on the target system.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
2) Cross-site scripting (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-48204)
The disclosed vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient sanitization of user-supplied data. A remote attacker can trick the victim to follow a specially crafted link and execute arbitrary HTML and script code in user's browser in context of vulnerable website.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow a remote attacker to steal potentially sensitive information, change appearance of the web page, perform phishing and drive-by-download attacks.
3) Files or Directories Accessible to External Parties (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-48206)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to the affected extension saves backup and configuration files to a predictable resource location. A remote attacker can download created backups and configuration files.
