Description

This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.


1) Stack-based buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-5912)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error in "do_file" function in the HTTP POST Request Handler component. A remote user can trigger stack-based buffer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.


2) Stack-based buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-5969)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error in the "FUN_00425fd8" function in HTTP POST Request Handler component. A remote user can trigger stack-based buffer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
