Description
This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Improper input validation (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-21830)
The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to manipulate data.
The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation within the Serialization component in Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition. A remote non-authenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability to manipulate data.
2) Observable discrepancy (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-33850)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to potentially sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to timing-based side channel in the RSA Decryption implementation. A remote attacker can send an overly large number of trial messages for decryption and gain unauthorized access to sensitive information on the system.
3) Stack-based buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-4447)
The vulnerability allows a local user to execute arbitrary code on the target system.
The vulnerability occurs when modifying a file on disk that is read when the JVM starts. A local user can trigger stack-based buffer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system.
