Description
This security bulletin contains information about 1 security vulnerability.
1) Integer underflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-52471)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to integer underflow in the ESP-NOW protocol implementation within the ESP Wi-Fi component. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted request to the affected application, trigger integer underflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
Remediation
