Description

1) Buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-38401)
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to memory corruption within the msdc_prepare_data() and msdc_ops_request() functions in drivers/mmc/host/mtk-sd.c. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
