1) Race condition (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-38365)
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to a race condition within the btrfs_rename_exchange() and btrfs_rename() functions in fs/btrfs/inode.c. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
