1) Buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-38466)
The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to memory corruption within the perf_uprobe_event_init() function in kernel/events/core.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
