This security bulletin contains information about 1 vulnerability.

1) Authentication Bypass by Spoofing (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-59154)

CWE-ID: CWE-290 - Authentication Bypass by Spoofing

CVSSv4: CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:L/UI:N/VC:H/VI:H/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N/E:U/U:Green

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform spoofing attack.

The vulnerability exists due to incorrect parsing of CN data within the X.509 client certificate. A remote attacker can supply a specially crafted certificate with embedded CN= inside another attribute value (e.g. OU="CN=admin,"), which will lead to the application extracting "admin" from the certificate and allowing an attacker to impersonate another user.
