The vulnerability exists due to NULL pointer dereference within the dm_oem_i2c_hw_init() and dm_hw_fini() functions in drivers/gpu/drm/amd/display/amdgpu_dm/amdgpu_dm.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
