The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to use of uninitialized resource within the load_other_segments() function in arch/arm64/kernel/machine_kexec_file.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
