1) Improper locking (CVE-ID: CVE-2022-50491)
The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to improper locking within the cti_write_all_hw_regs(), cti_enable_hw(), cti_cpuhp_enable_hw() and cti_disable_hw() functions in drivers/hwtracing/coresight/coresight-cti-core.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
