Description

This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.

1) Time-of-check Time-of-use (TOCTOU) Race Condition (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-55680)

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to a time-of-check, time-of-use (TOCTOU) race condition in Windows Cloud Files Mini Filter Driver. A local user can gain elevated privileges on the target system.

2) Information disclosure (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-55336)

The vulnerability allows a local user to gain access to potentially sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to excessive data output by the application in Windows Cloud Files Mini Filter Driver. A local user can gain unauthorized access to sensitive information on the system.
