Description
This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Improper Authentication (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-43995)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to bypass authentication process.
The vulnerability exists due to an error in when processing authentication requests. A remote attacker can use a special SessionKey and UserId and access APIs exposed by ApiProxy.war in DataCollectorEar.ear.
2) Missing Authentication for Critical Function (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-43994)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to missing authentication for critical function. A remote attacker can create a large directory tree structure to fill up a disk drive and cause a denial of service condition on the target system.
3) XML External Entity injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-46425)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied XML input. A remote user can pass a specially crafted XML code to the affected application and view contents of arbitrary files on the system or initiate requests to external systems.
Successful exploitation of the vulnerability may allow an attacker to view contents of arbitrary file on the server or perform network scanning of internal and external infrastructure.
