The vulnerability allows a local user to gain access to sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to software stores sensitive information into log files. When querying RabbitMQ api with HTTP/s with basic authentication it creates logs with all headers in request, including authorization headers which show base64 encoded username:password. A local user can read the log files and gain access to sensitive data.
