- Medium
- High
- Critical
Description
This security bulletin contains information about 5 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Protection Mechanism Failure (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-41248)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to the annotation detection mechanism does not correctly resolve annotations on methods within type hierarchies with a parameterized super type with unbounded generics. A remote attacker can gain access to sensitive information.
2) Protection Mechanism Failure (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-41249)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to the annotation detection mechanism may not correctly resolve annotations on methods within type hierarchies with a parameterized super type with unbounded generics. A remote attacker can gain access to sensitive information.
3) XML External Entity injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-4949)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to the ManifestParser class used by the repo command and the AmazonS3 class used to implement the experimental amazons3 git transport protocol allowing to store git pack files in an Amazon S3 bucket. A remote attacker can pass a specially crafted XML code to the affected application and view contents of arbitrary files on the system or initiate requests to external systems.
Successful exploitation of the vulnerability may allow an attacker to view contents of arbitrary file on the server or perform network scanning of internal and external infrastructure.
4) Inconsistent interpretation of HTTP requests (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-58056)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform HTTP request smuggling attacks.
The vulnerability exists due to improper validation of HTTP/1.1 requests. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted HTTP request to the server and smuggle arbitrary HTTP headers.
Successful exploitation of vulnerability may allow an attacker to poison HTTP cache and perform phishing attacks.
5) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-59952)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to the application automatically substitutes XML tag values containing references to system properties or environment variables. A remote attacker can pass a specially crafted XML file to the application and obtain sensitive information.
