Description
This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Deserialization of Untrusted Data (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-13711)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to insecure input validation when processing serialized data within the eval endpoint. A remote attacker can trick a victim to open a specially crafted file and execute arbitrary code on the target system.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
2) Deserialization of Untrusted Data (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-13709)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to insecure input validation when processing serialized data within the restore_checkpoint function. A remote attacker can trick a victim to open a specially crafted file and execute arbitrary code on the target system.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
