Description

This security bulletin contains information about 6 vulnerabilities.

1) Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-8916)

CWE-ID: CWE-770 - Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling

CVSSv4: CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:L/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N/E:U/U:Green

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service attack.

The vulnerability exists due to improper resource allocation. A remote attacker can library to consume excessive resources and perform a denial of service attack.

2) Resource exhaustion (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-59830)

CWE-ID: CWE-400 - Resource exhaustion

CVSSv4: CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N/E:U/U:Amber

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to application does not properly control consumption of internal resources in the "Rack::QueryParser" function. A remote attacker can trigger resource exhaustion and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

3) Improper input validation (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-53066)

CWE-ID: CWE-20 - Improper input validation

CVSSv4: CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:H/VI:N/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N/E:U/U:Green

The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to gain access to sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation within the JAXP component in Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition. A remote non-authenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability to gain access to sensitive information.

4) Improper input validation (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-53057)

CWE-ID: CWE-20 - Improper input validation

CVSSv4: CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:N/UI:N/VC:N/VI:H/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N/E:U/U:Green

The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to manipulate data.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation within the Security component in Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition. A remote non-authenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability to manipulate data.

5) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-59250)

CWE-ID: CWE-20 - Improper input validation

CVSSv4: CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:A/VC:H/VI:H/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N/E:U/U:Amber

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input in JDBC Driver for SQL Server. A remote attacker can trick a victim into connecting to a malicious server and perform spoofing attack.

6) Resource exhaustion (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-58767)

CWE-ID: CWE-400 - Resource exhaustion

CVSSv4: CVSS:4.0/AV:L/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:L/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N/E:U/U:Clear

The vulnerability allows a local attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to application does not properly control consumption of internal resources when parsing invalid XML containing multiple XML declarations. A local attacker can trigger resource exhaustion and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
