Description

This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.


1) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-38479)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform cache poisoning attack.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input within the Cache key plugin. A remote attacker can send specially crafted input to the application and perform a cache poisoning attack.


2) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-50305)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input when handling the HTTP Host header. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted HTTP request to the server and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.


3) Resource exhaustion (CVE-ID: CVE-2025-49763)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to application does not properly control consumption of internal resources in ESI Plugin. A remote attacker can trigger resource exhaustion and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
