SB2026011932 - Multiple vulnerabilities in gradle

Description

This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.

1) Download of code without integrity check (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-22816)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the affected system.

The vulnerability exists due to failure to disable repositories with unknown host. A remote attacker can register a service under the host name used by the build and serve malicious artifacts.

2) Download of code without integrity check (CVE-ID: CVE-2026-22865)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the affected system.

The vulnerability exists due to failure to disable repositories failing to answer. A remote attacker can disrupt the service of a repository and leverage another repository to serve malicious artifacts.
