The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to nullfs(4) may allow interprocess communication between two jail processes via a unix domain socket. A local process can break the chroot and gain unauthorized access to files inside another jail process.

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error when handling sockaddr structures within the rtsock_msg_buffer() function in route(4). A local user can trigger memory corruption and execute arbitrary code with root privileges.
